We are aware of our responsibility as company

- Klimawin BW

As a member of Klimawin BW, we regularly document and communicate our measures and developments in the areas of environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and corporate governance.

We became a member of the WIN Charter in December 2021; in 2024, the WIN Charter became Klimawin BW.

The Sustainability Business Initiative (WIN) is an important driving force for sustainable business in Baden-Württemberg as part of the sustainability strategy.

With KLimawin BW, Baden-Württemberg is the only federal state to offer a system that offers easy-to-implement and transparent sustainability management, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. Global corporations based in Baden-Württemberg are also part of Klimawin BW, which, among other things, meets the requirements of the European Union's CSR Directive for sustainability reporting.

Twelve guiding principles form the basis of Klimawin BW. These principles cover the three pillars of sustainability: climate and environment, social responsibility, economic success, and governance. In addition, the twelve principles of Klimawin BW represent shared core values ??and provide guidance for implementation in the regional and local context.

Klimawin BW members implement sustainability not only internally, but also in their immediate corporate environment – through a local WIN! project. We will report on our project in more detail at a later date.

The reports published annually enable a transparent and comprehensible presentation of the activities and progress of Klimawin BW members. This promotes direct dialogue between companies and stakeholders.
